Phase 3

Once we are able to get on the property our first project will be to renovate Barn 1.  This is a large barn that has plenty of space but will need to be finished for ministry use.  This will include insulation, heating and cooling, bathrooms, plumbing, and finish work.  This is to prepare it for use for the programs, events, and classrooms we plan on having for teens at the farm.  The plan would be to have things up and running by fall 2024.  

During this time the Martello's will be prepping the farm for animals and continuing some of the current farming.  With the help of Joe's Farm, located in Three Rivers, MI, we will make plans on how to best utilize the land we have to fund the majority of the ministry activities the farm will offer.
