After we raise the earnest money, we will need to continue to raise capital toward the $1,100,000 price tag.
*** UPDATE - The Martello's have secured a $1,000,000 loan with favorable terms that will allow for the purchase of farm. We are currently looking for another $100,000 in capital to purchase the farm property.
***UPDATE (September 2023) - The Martello's have their house on the market and have a tentative agreement for the final funding for the farm!!!!! The goal is to be moved in by November and then begin allowing Amplify Ministries to take possession of Barn 1 and begin Phase 3 - RENOVATIONS!!!!!
***UPDATE (December 2023) - The Martello's have moved in and Amplify Ministries have the barn! We are now in the begining process of planning for Phase 3 - The renovation of the barn into a ministry center. Be praying for our vision on how the barn can best be used for reaching at risk kids in our area... This is such an exciting time!!
